Payment

To make shopping simple, fast, comfortable and safe, you can pay via Internet banking at URZO.LV.

Returns

With reference to the Consumer Rights Protection Law, the customer has the right to return all orders within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

The product can be exchanged for another product or you can get a refund.

In case you want to return the product, this form.pdf shall be filled in and returned with the product.
It is important that we receive the goods in exactly the same state as they were received by you.

We will refund the payment within 7 days from the day we receive the product back.

Prices

All prices are indicated in euro and include VAT of 21%.

New customer

For your convenience, it is not necessary to register at URZO.LV to make purchases. It is your free choice.

Product defects and faults, when shopping online

We inspect all goods before shipping. In case of any defect, you, of course, can return the product. It is important that in this case you return the product as soon as possible from the day you received the order. If you return the product, you must fill in the product return form and return it with the product.

We will then exchange the product for an equivalent one within 7 business days. If the product is no longer available in stock, the amount will be credited to your bank account within 7 days from the date we receive the returned product.

If the product has a fault or a defect, we will also cover your shipping costs.

Ordering online

Ordering products online is very convenient, fast and simple.

When you have found the product, you want to buy, add the product to your shopping cart. Repeat the same process if you want to buy more than one product.

You can always view the contents of your shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon. There you can also change the quantities and remove products.

Once you have found the desired product, you can go directly to payment.
There you will have to indicate the delivery address, choose the method of delivery and receipt of the order, method of payment.

You will always receive a confirmation of purchase at your provided e-mail address.

  • Delivery by courier (1-3 business days).
  • Delivery to the nearest parcel lockers (delivery may take longer than usual).
  • Pick up the products at the URZO office (always for free).
  • Outside the territory of Latvia – We will contact you to specify the delivery terms.

Delivery time

All orders received on business days are shipped on the next business day.

All orders are shipped based on your selected delivery method.
Delivery time – 1-3 business days, if the courier delivery service is selected.
If delivery to the nearest parcel locker is selected, it may take a little longer than usual.
If you choose to pick up the products at the URZO office, the products will be prepared according to your order and in the comments section, when ordering the product, it is recommended to indicate the date and the approximate time of picking up your order. For deliveries in Latvia:

For all orders to be delivered to parcel lockers – 2.20 euro including VAT for transport and packing.

For all orders to be delivered by courier – 3.50 euro including VAT for transport and packing.
